Please call the Mohegan Sun for reservations 1-866-708-1340 please reference the SAIGE conference when making reservations.

If you made reservations through GovTrip or any other 3rd party, please call above number to confirm with the hotel that you are counted as a SAIGE Conference attendee.

**NOTE: There will be a $50.00 early departure fee imposed by the Hotel (per our contract) if you check-out of your room earlier than the date that you were scheduled to leave when you made your initial hotel reservation for the conference.

IMPORTANT HOTEL SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

We have made arrangements with the Mohegan Sun for SAIGE participants on the price of the shuttle. The cost will be $18 each way (which includes a $3.00 gratuity), from either the Providence (T.F.Green) or (Hartford-Bradley International) airports. This special rate is only good from the two airports listed above.

IMPORTANT!! CONFERENCE TRANSPORTATON INFORMATION

"All SAIGE 2010 Conference attendees arriving at the Providence, RI or Harford, CT airports need to provide via e-mail to gbaker@mohegansun.com their shuttle needs. Please include in your e-mail that you are a SAIGE Conference attendee, provide your name, number of travelers in your party, which airport, arrival time, departure time and cell phone number if available. The shuttle service is offered at a greatly reduced cost for our conference attendees and will run 24 hrs a day when needed."
